Columbia Financial Prices IPO at $10/Share, Raises $1.67B Ahead of Nasdaq Debut
Columbia Financial priced its second-step conversion IPO at $10.00 per share, selling over 167 million shares to raise about $1.67 billion ahead of its July 21, 2026 Nasdaq debut. The offering coincides with the July 20, 2026 close of its acquisition of Northfield Bancorp, converting Columbia Bank MHC into a fully public stock holding company.
